I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working with individuals and registered with UKCP. I use an integrative approach built on a psychosynthesis model that enables me to address all levels of clients' wounding and facilitate their innate drive to healing. Like just about anything else sexuality can get caught up in our wounding. More often sexuality is nothing to do with the issues clients bring. My approach seeks to heal the underlying wound without making a particular issue of sexual choices. If sexuality is involved in the work successful therapy would free you to enjoy it more fully; healing as I see it is more likely to increase than to reduce the range of sexual choices. I am very aware that societal attitudes often cause or increase distress which counselling or therapy may help relieve. In this way too healing increases the range of choices open to us.
