I love to work on goal setting working with individuals or groups to find and live their passion and creatively problem solve. I am a skilled facilitator and enjoy helping others along on their path. When working with businesses and non-profits I help them to align their mission and message as well as making sure that actions are based on core values. I am able to allow individuals to communicate from their heart the place where they are the the most authentically themselves. I also lead and teach guided meditation channel and do healing work which can be supplemented with the use of crystals and essential oils.
