Hypnosis uses a variety of techniques including skill, experience and resourcefulness to bypass critical thinking and enable a core-level change in behavior. The Client agrees to take an active role in the process by being honest and forthcoming about objectives, and any feelings or issues they have around the process and experience. This is far more than ‘just talking’. Hypnosis creates a state where true change is possible.
