I am a psychologist specializing in polyamory and LGBTQIA identity, relationships, etc. as well as general psychological difficulties (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, life transitions). I work with individuals, partners, and groups. I use an eclectic approach that helps you understand and integrate your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and behaviors to help you become your most authentic self. I am very aware of the role being a minority, whether sexual, racial/ethnic, etc. has on mental health concerns and focus on self acceptance and empowerment as a healing force.
