I specialize in meditation, mindfulness, sensory trauma work, and couple's therapy. I hope to complete my 200 hour yoga certification training in the summer of 2015 in order to broaden my practice. Yoga has been a huge part of my life, helping me move through physical and emotional challenges. I am also working toward my certification from AASECT in Sex Therapy. Combining Mindful Therapy™ and Sex Therapy is my passion and my calling! I see Mindful Therapy™ and Sex Therapy as a way to create growth and change and to remember how powerful you really are.
