Castell Therapy

I love having a wide variety of clients to engage all my interests and, well, it makes my life more fulfilling! I especially enjoy supporting families who have a child on the autism spectrum, working with adult children adjusting to relationship changes with their parents, and helping romantic partners find fulfillment. My open mind, open heart, humor, and passion bring genuineness to the therapy room. Therapy can be both preventative and healing and I believe it should be an integral part of everyone's self-care repertoires, helping us through the challenging times and the good times. When we take care of ourselves, we become better equipped to handle all of life - the ordinary and extraordinary. I provide a safe, unbiased, and judgement free place to grow and find balance. Just as in all aspects of life, there will be hard times in therapy. Reflecting, adjusting, and growing are difficult but rewarding, and I'll be there every step of the way. I will challenge you to live the life you want, sugar-coated in unconditional empathy and humor.
