Licensed Professional Counselor

I provide humanistic and transpersonal psychotherapeutic counseling to individuals and those in relationship. The clients drawn to my relationship work run the gamut from the strictly monogamous to open relationships to the fully polyamorous. I am a non-stigmatizing, non-pathologizing resource for clients exploring or considering the exploration of kink and/or BDSM sexual play in their relationships or struggling in relationship around issues related to these. I hold the belief that all human beings are striving to do the best they can as they navigate through life's many challenges, joys and perils. I see my as a therapist as assisting clients in identifying their true needs and desires, clarifying their goals, transcending ways of being that are not serving them, and coming into a stronger awareness of both themselves and the broader world around them. I am a Master's level licensed professional counselor in the state of North Carolina with nearly a decade of experience. My approach to counseling focuses on empowering individuals, couples/partnerships and small groups and is rooted in the fields of humanistic, gestalt, and transpersonal psychotherapy as well as intimacy and sexual polarity coaching.
