For 15 years, I've helped clients create better, more satisfying lives. Typically, when people come to therapy, it's because they are struggling emotionally and feel stuck. They may have anxiety or depression, addictive behaviors, or relationship issues and they can't see a way out of their problems. I help my clients identify behaviors and beliefs that are interfering with their happiness, relationships, and success and offer constructive strategies towards positive change. I also help clients cope with issues such as loss, trauma, and conflict. I have training and expertise in the areas of ADHD, sex therapy, and addictions. My theoretical framework is Cognitive Behavioral and I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a third generation CBT modality. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Prevention Specialist. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the American Society of Sex Educators Counselors and Therapists, and the Association of Contextual Behavioral Science.
