Mid Michigan Kink Aware/ Poly Aware/ Queer/Trans Affirmative Counseling

I am licensed professional counselor covering the Great Lakes Bay Region and based at Family and Children's Services in Midland. I am happy to offer services to a wide range of clientele and specializes in LGBT, gender, Kink, Poly and sexuality issues. I have served the area LGBT community with deep respect as an advocate, educator, therapist, clinician and friend. Founded in 1925 Family and Children's Services (FCS), located in Midland, Michigan, is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian, multi service agency specializing in quality treatment, education and support services. Since inception, FCS has continued to develop new programs and initiatives to meet needs identified in the community. Our mission is to inspire hope and well-being for people of all ages by providing counseling, education and support. Family and children's Services is a nonprofit organization with a sliding scale fee. · Facilitates support groups for people who are questioning or identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender or allies to receive support and information with a goal of promoting health and well-being and reducing risk through acquisition of skills in building self-esteem, healthy life styles and relationships, including strategies to deal with family rejection, social isolation and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
