Portland, OR individuals and couples therapy

I work with individuals 14 and up who are experiencing a wide variety of challenges, diagnoses, and/or life transitions and struggles, as well as couples hoping to improve intimacy, communication and satisfaction in their relationships. Particular areas of interest are individuals with a history of ongoing trauma; Asperger's syndrome/autism spectrum disorder; bipolar or psychotic spectrum disorders; and couples who have been traditionally underserved in relationship therapy settings, including non-monogamous and polyamorous couples and polycules; couples involved in kink; interracial and/or intercultural couples; LGBTQ couples; couples where partners are from different socioeconomic class backgrounds; and couples in which one partner is on the autism spectrum.
