I recognize the courage and strength it takes to ask for help making these changes. I enjoy providing therapy to adults with a variety of concerns. Some of these concerns include but arent limited to: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, substance use, relationship issues, military, HIV and anger. Im passionate about providing LGTBQ affirming and culturally sensitive care, specifically related to polyamorous and sex positive relationships.
