There is a beauty in the fluidity of life and my goal is to help with navigating your way through both the ups and the downs. Our personal journeys can bring upon many struggles that lead to increased stress, anxiety, and depression. It is my mission to offer a safe place to process these emotions and develop tools to help you better cope with them. I help with processing issues related to the fetish community.I offer individuals a safe space to explore ones personal understanding of self; sexual orientation, preference, role, power exchange, and their part within an alternative life style relationship. My clinical background includes working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders and assisting individuals who are working on learning/ developing their own sense of personal identity. I use a person-centered eclectic approach in therapy. I believe it is important to meet individuals where they are at and utilize therapeutic interventions from the following areas; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical- skills based- behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, and MRT therapy.
