My clients are typically working through issues related to sexual health, relationships in various forms, traumas, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. I am an LGBTQIA affirmative therapist and work with all sexual orientations, gender identities, and erotic choices. My training and experience informs me of kink and alternative practices. I enjoy helping clients navigate consensual non-monogamy including open relationships, polyamory, swinging, and other choices. I accept some insurances and private pay for the utmost privacy. I electively participate in ongoing training and supervision to provide clients the latest research and stay informed of best practices in counseling and sexual health. I am trained in the Out of Control Sexual Behavior model and avoid labeling someone's behaviors as "sex addiction" since I think that it's generally not helpful. Ultimately, I want to provide my clients with a safe space for healing where they can be themselves and talk about whatever their concern in a sex positive, affirming way.
