I have walked with queer, non-binary, transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) individuals. I have seen the effects and obstacles of navigating a world filled with shame, ignorance, and social injustices. My role as a therapist is to set up a safe and affirmative space for you to tell your story and for you to explore ways to unlock hidden gems. When we achieve this, you can live a life of empowerment, connection, and fulfillment. I take a holistic and integrative approach in therapy because I believe in the intersectional identities (race, spirituality, gender, sexual identity, socio-economic status, disability, lifestyle) that contribute to the uniqueness of individuals. I offer EMDR and play therapy services. While I work with most populations, my speciality is with sexual identity, gender identity, non-monogamous relationships, kink, trauma, and addiction.
