I am passionate about assisting others in finding the freedom to live their lives authentically ... without guilt, shame or fear. A psychological therapist who has evolved into intimacy coaching; I love what I do.The environment I aim to create with my clients is empathic, yet challenging. After a decade in this business, I have come to believe that it's important for action to follow discussion. My aim is to assist clients in creating change. Laughter will happen, even as we take this seriously. I work with your belief system and move forward from there. This will be a mutual endeavour toward freedom.I counsel individuals and partnerships, specializing in fostering courageous vulnerability, personal growth, relationship dynamics, and alternative lifestyles. Gender and sexuality, relational styles and personal expression all factor into my practice, every day. I am very comfortable discussing all manner of lifestyle issue.It is very important to me that my practice be one of safety, non-judgment and confidentiality. I passionately believe in my clients' abilities to make positive, enduring change, so that they might have the lives they've longed for. I am LGBTQ, kink and poly friendly and familiar and I have many year's experience working within these lifestyles.
