The Long Island Institute of Sex Therapy (LIIST) is dedicated to helping people work through life’s unique challenges. Our therapists are award-winning, highly trained, and inclusive.
The therapists at LIIST are experts in the field of sexology. We utilize our therapeutic training to assist you in reaching new solutions and help you work toward your goals. We assist individuals coping with sexual functioning issues (such as erectile dysfunction and lack of orgasms), depression, anxiety, gender, sexual orientation, and relationship skills. Couples seek therapy for communication and relationship skills, sexual enrichment, or premarital counseling.
The team at LIIST is LGBT+ affirmative, poly inclusive, and kink-aware. All staff therapists have also achieved Level 1 of the Gottman Couples Therapy Method.
Virtual sessions are available with all of our therapists. We are conveniently located in downtown Syosset. Our office is on the first floor of a building with a ramp-- no automatic door-- and a private bathroom. You can call, text, or email us to schedule an appointment.
