Business Description
I specialize in working with couples and intimate relationships on communication skills, managing emotions, intimacy, infidelity, and more. I also work with individuals and families on a variety of issues like depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, and self-esteem. I place high priority on the impact that society can have on marginalized groups. Helping people live authentically is central to my therapeutic approach.
I generally work from a framework of emotionally focused, narrative, and solution-focused therapies. I am also Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My focus is to understand my clients' needs and apply the skills that will work best for them.
