I am a poly-, sex-, and kink-positive therapist who is also allied with individuals who identify as part of the sex work community. I work with many clients who identify as part of the LGBTQ community, and have worked with many individuals who participate in ethical non monogamy. I understand and support the many expressions of these lifestyles, and enjoy providing support and working with individuals to navigate communication and balance within their relationships. I believe that everyone has a different expression that feels comfortable for them and their partners, and that these are valid and important. Having a safe provider is a valuable aspect of being able to open up and be vulnerable in therapy. I currently offer telehealth appointments for individuals, typically lasting 60 minutes. I accept Highmark, UPMC, Cigna, and Optum insurance, and my out of network fees are $140 per 60 minutes. My work tends to focus on healthy communication, cultivating introspection and intuition, and providing a safe space to work through trauma, anxieties, insecurities, and fears related to work, relationships, or family. My background is in existentialism and phenomenology and I believe asking the difficult questions in life can help us learn more about ourselves and connect us to others.
