Experience and Credentials: Sarah Revels is a clinician licensed to practice in New Hampshire. Also a lecturer, university clinical-graduate supervisor and professor, NH State approved supervisor for licensure and provides service as a advisor to the NH state board of mental health practice and has provided service as a Chair for the NH Mental Health Counselors Association and Nikki's Dream Boards of Directors. Accordingly, Sarah V. Revels, LCMHC is a teaching and treatment practice.
Appearances: Kink in Mind Pod Cast hosted Sarah as a guest for the two-part series premier on guilt and shame in alternative lifestyles. Sarah also appears at conventions providing incidence response and offers in-service training for professionals seeking continuing education.
Master-level, advanced students are often available to carry caseloads of clinical case management and clinical treatment supervised directly by Sarah Revels. The students are trained to be, or become, LGBTQIA/Kink/Poly/BDSM etc... informed. Human sexuality, love and identity are held as sacred and individualized in this space.
Attitude and Approach: Respect and compassion for our clients is held within a space of direct honesty. Animals, art and self-advocacy are encouraged. Functional assessments and applications are utilized to concretize often illusive or nebulous concepts of human wellness. We utilize cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, feminist, existential and reality theory and approaches.
