I have been teaching undergraduate-level courses since 2008. I hold an MS in neuroscience from Columbia University, and an MA in general psychology from the City College of New York. I have focused my research and teaching in sexuality and gender, having developed/led courses surrounding themes of sexuality, and sexual identity expression, gender identities, feminism, polyamory, and sex positive approaches to dating and relationships.
As a mindfulness coach, I bring my wealth of skills and knowledge directly to individuals and couples interested in personal growth. I work with my clients, closely and comprehensively, to develop their personal goals and develop a plan with them to hold them accountable to those goals. I hold a space for a person to explore who they are - their beliefs and behaviors - and examine how this may be different from who they want to be, and what they can do about it!
