I believe that every person carries the potential to heal and grow from the challenges and tribulations of life. We are all experts in our own lives, and my job as therapist is to help guide and support you on your path towards reconciling past and present in order to create a better future. As human beings, we exist within the framework of our culture, community, and identity. Healing blossoms from connection, collaboration, compassion, and the courage to explore our innermost selves. I offer walk-and-talk therapy for clients in Santa Cruz County alongside teletherapy for folks all over California. I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and adults.

I am passionate about offering therapy that moves away from the rigid, hierarchical model and towards a more egalitarian, client-centered approach. I strive to provide sex-positive, gender-inclusive, affirming therapy, and I work through the lens of relational-cultural theory and emotion-focused therapy, incorporating mindfulness and somatic techniques into my practice.
