There is a lot of "noise" in our lives that challenges our sense of self, our direction, our place in this world that causes self-doubt and conflict (within ourselves and with others). Using a flexible, client-centered approach I focus on what parts of that "noise" the client seeks clarity with, and how to quiet that "noise" to finally hear yourself.

I have a unique background working with LBGTQ+IA individuals with co-occurring issues (substance use, personality disorders, bipolar disorder) or had lifestyles that challenged other therapist's thinking (BDSM, poly/group, adult entertainment).  They had a difficult time finding a therapist willing to work with them on their own terms.  I focus on your priorities and we set goals for therapy together in a safe and affirming space.
