If you're aching to get clarity about what's next, I can help.
Relationship work is the hardest work you’ll ever do
I’ve been there. I know from personal experience how excruciating it is to keep trying to connect to someone you love when it ends in tears and heartache every time you try. Learning a better way to live together and connect has been the hardest and most rewarding work of my life.
Along the way, I became so fascinated by how relationships work that I left my previous career in software engineering and went back to school to become a relationship therapist. I used to work on computer systems, and now I work on human systems. I’ve found that people are less deterministic but, to me, so much more fascinating. I love getting to know people and helping them.
Relationship help for analytical minds
If you are a software professional, work in a STEM field, or simply consider yourself an analytical person, I speak your language. In your therapy session, for example, we might draw a block diagram on a whiteboard together to help you debug a relationship. That said, our time together will not be just another business meeting. I will respond to you with warmth, compassion, and empathy. And what if you are not a tech person, but you are partnered with one? I can help you learn to understand each other better.
Stuck at a crossroads?
I’m especially interested in helping people who are stuck on tough decisions. Some of us waffle about decisions a lot, and others are normally decisive but are stuck on something hard for the first time ever. I love to help you sort through all the tangled ideas in your mind and identify the forces that are pulling you in different directions. Often, once we slow down at look at one idea at a time, the bigger picture gets much more clear.
Your conflict doesn’t scare me
It’s okay with me if you and your partner are angry, upset, or just all over the place. I can help you with your overwhelming feelings without just tamping them down or numbing them out.
