Business Description
I am a licensed therapist who works exclusively with adults (individuals and couples/triads/quads) via telehealth in North Carolina. I support queer, poly and/or kinky folks to navigate relationships, improve anxiety, and accept their bodies. Healing from trauma in a safe way is also an important part of my practice. While I use EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to support my clients, I also believe that the true power of therapy is in our close and supportive relationship. My role is to be warm, insightful, challenging, and sometimes silly.
