Sound mental and physical health are some of the greatest assets we have in life. Yet, all too often, our mental health has already begun to have a negative effect on our daily occupations -both personal and professional- before we reach out for help.
Those of us that appreciate the joy and freedom of experiencing life to the fullest don’t always have the ease of access for the comfort and confidence needed to truly benefit from support when it comes to those meaningful parts of our lives.
I would be grateful to give you that support.
Occupational therapy focuses on the person as a whole to facilitate independence and participation in the meaningful activities of your life; what holds value for you - your occupations. Whatever the roadblocks that you're facing may be, we can develop strategies for you to move beyond them.
I will hold safe space for you and provide you with understanding, respect, genuine care, and kindness in our therapeutic partnership as we creatively implement various approaches, tools, and techniques to help find your direction towards achieving the quality of life you want.
