I think the process of therapy works best when the client and therapist work together to set goals and define desired change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and relational. I primarily use techniques from Experiential Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Systems Theory. I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University.
I have experience and training working with individuals, couples, and families taking time to see how their uniqueness informs their perspective and relationships. I enjoy helping people lead happier, empowered, and sexually fulfilled lives. To that end, everyone is welcome in my office as long as I am able to offer the services they require.
I work with issues related to: Anxiety, Chronic Illness, Coping Skills, Family Conflict, Life Transitions, Marital and Premarital, Sex Therapy, Spirituality, and Stress.
