Alexandria (she/her) is a licensed psychotherapist (LMSW), who offers individual, couples, and family therapy. She works with clients who want to rediscover who they are and help them live a more authentic and intentional life.
Alexandria’s philosophy when working with others is based around learning and understanding her clients’ patterns in order to create a meaningful change. It is often that patterns and cycles keep people stuck and disconnected from themselves. She is passionate, curious, and compassionate to client’s unique experiences, which makes them who they are. She believes that learning someone’s nature and working within their framework, allows for a foundation to cultivate more permanent changes and shifts in their lives. In her experience in working with others, it has been the most beneficial way to assist people with changing their own lives. She has worked to build an inclusive environment for clients to explore themselves in a safe way without judgement. Clients are able to speak freely and be seen, heard, and understood.
Over the years, Alexandria has worked with clients of different backgrounds and needs, including depression, anxiety, low self-worth, trauma/PTSD, family and relationship conflicts, substance use disorders, and survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Alexandria welcomes and is committed to creating a space for the LGBTQIA+, sex-positive, and kink-friendly communities.
