Hello, my name is Ricky, I coach busy people to get in shape with diet and functional training. My focus is on building strength, mobility, and endurance with each client. The approach I use focuses on empowerment and meeting realistic goals for each individual. Personal training, in my opinion, is about showing people how to enjoy their bodies and become the powerful, sexy person they crave to be.
I specialize in training people with bodyweight, kettlebells, trx, dumbells, and in a standard gym setup. I typically train people over zoom either in their home or at their gym. I am willing to travel for in-person training if that is what the session requires.
Poly/LGBTQ safe space: I am open to connecting, talking about, and being upfront about people's lives. If you need to talk about your poly partners or talk about your non-straight relationships as part of your session, then I am all ears. Personal training is a personal space and the more open you can be in that space, the better results you will see. I have had plenty of clients tear up, get overwhelmed, and need to have a dose of real connection during sessions. Bring it on!
Kink/BDSM: In the fetish community I identify as a slut, switch, service top, exhibitionist, hunter, rigger, and content creator. So if being openly kinky is a comfortable space for you, then I am here for it. Training and BDSM can be as simple as working out naked, to as elaborate as doing full bondage/impact play, in person, for sessions. I focus on empowerment, even in a kink space, and am open to being degrading with agreed-upon boundaries. My hard limits are blood, scat, and anything that pierces the skin.
