I made the decision to become a REALTOR® in 2004 after my first experience purchasing my own first home. I didn't have representation of my own and I quickly learned how valuable having a Trusted Advisor for that process would have been.
Since then, I have made it my goal to help Buyers and Sellers in the Atlanta Metro Area navigate the financial, technical, and emotional aspects of buying and selling their homes. I do this with the assistance of my invaluable network of lending and legal partners as well as trade contractors and area vendors as well as my commitment to continuing education.
I am a licensed REALTOR® and I am bound by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. I have obtained the following National Association of Realtors Certification or Designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), e-PRO®, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®).
Other designations I hold include Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®), Certified New Home Marketing Professional, Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and I am Certified with the large institutional buyers such as Zillow, OpenDoor, OfferPad, Knock, etc.
