There are times when we all need someone safe, objective, and curious to sit with us through the messy parts of life that make us human. Through my training and experience as a queer trans sex therapist, I have supported those in the LGBTQIA+, polyam/CMN, sex work and kink communities. I have a deep appreciation for the complexity of stress, life changes, and illness. Our time together would be spent identifying your strengths, challenging some unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and honoring that you are the expert of your life. Together, we will hopefully laugh a ton and learn about your path and story in a safe nonjudgmental space.

I specialize in life transitions, polyamory, ethical/consensual non-monogamy, sexual dysfunction, sexual exploration, sexuality, kink, self-esteem, anxiety and relationship issues. I also believe in the importance of providing a body positive/neutral, sex positive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, gender explorative space to offer whatever support is needed.

Laughter, authenticity and curiosity are also main players in how I work. This is paired with a realistic grasp on owning anger, respecting and creating stories, and challenging the heaviness often placed on us by others. This work is approached collaboratively, and with a client centered perspective.
