I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 25 years. I went back to my hometown, Phoenix AZ, to go to the same school as the LMT who relieved my migraines as a child after TBIs. This is why I've focused on neurological issues throughout my many years of training. I graduated from Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College with a cumulative 4.0 GPA and extensive training in: corrective, deep tissue, sports, infant, prenatal, MFR, neuromuscular, craniosacral, and many other techniques. I have also studied nutrition, corrective exercises, kinesiology, advanced cupping therapy, and have been certified as a yoga instructor since 2009.
I found the 200+ hours of charity work that I did during massage school so rewarding that I have continued to do so ever since. Between holding board positions in non-profit support organizations, organizing fundraisers, fire performing and/or teaching for them, participating in charitable heath/sporting events, and much more. I have a special place in my heart for family support, Girl Scouts, lifeguard/CPR/first aide instructing, local community organization boards, and LGBTQ organizations. In my yoga classes I focus on body positivity.
