Human beings are beautiful. There are many ways to live our lives and fulfill our needs... and while generally the world accepts that there are different ways to fulfill our needs when it comes to food or hobbies, when it comes to the way we express our love or intimacy, people may face judgement or prejudice.
My aim is to normalize šš„š„ ethical relationship structures and expressions of intimacy. There is more than one way to structure a relationship, more than one way to love, and more than one way to express intimacy in a way that is healthy, ethical and nourishing. Kink can be a wonderful way to express emotions or identity, and can provide a place to play or to heal.
Iām a psychologist trained inĀ Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and specialize inĀ relationships. EFT is an empirically validated method based on attachment theory, with the best results of any couple therapy currently available. It can be successfully applied to non-monogamous relationships and to individuals. People who feel stuck in the way they relate to others are welcome for individual therapy.
