I am a psychotherapist and sexologist in private practice. My practice specializes in working with patients with erotically marginalized identities. This is an umbrella term to describe folks who, because of an identity or practice, are at risk for experiencing discrimination or being pathologized in a healthcare setting. This includes folks who are LGBTQ, have kinks or fetishes, or are practicing non-monogamy, or those who have been or are involved in sex work. Sometimes patients come to see me because they have a project they want to work on that relates to these identities, like desire discrepancy between partners, or making a plan to open a relationship, and other times my patients want to talk about something "vanilla" but just want to know that I am knowledgeable about this part of their life and won't "blame" it for the problems they are having. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I'm passionate about helping you advocate for your pleasure, uproot shame, and live a joy-filled life! If you're interested in working with me, you can learn more about my approach on my website, and schedule a free consultation to see if we're a good fit. I have current openings for mid-afternoon and evening appointments available for fall of 2024.
