Dr. Nikki Knows is a practice that offer sex coaching and therapy with a priority on Black womxn's and couples' sexual wellness, empowerment, and pleasure. Dr. Nikki is a licensed psychologist and coach with other 20+ years of experience of working with individuals, couples, and groups. She is kink-aware, poly-aware, queer- affirming, and gender-affirming. Dr. Nikki also has vast experience working with clients with trauma histories. While her practice focuses on the specific cultural context for Black folks across the Diaspora, she is open to working with clients from various backgrounds. Dr. Nikki actively centers the impact of intersecting forms of oppression, holds space for marginalized identities, and integrates decolonization practices in her work with all her clients. As such, she believes that pleasure is a pathway to liberation and wants to partner with you to help facilitate you having the best erotic life possible!
