Business Description
I specialize in reconnecting to your intimate self and building/rebuilding romantic and sexual relationships following trauma. No matter when it occurred, what you've gone through does not make you unfit for love or relationships or amazing sex. It can seem overwhelming, but having the type of relationship you crave IS achievable. If your sexual assault makes it hard to be touched, if your nightmares mean you two no longer share a bed, if events from your childhood leave you scared to be vulnerable with another person: this is where our work begins.
In addition to post-traumatic relational work, I also see clients who are experiencing general relationship issues, recovering from infidelity, managing sexual dysfunction, and individuals and couples who simply have a desire to build authenticity, vulnerability, and connection.
I welcome you just as you are: adults of all ages and abilities, cultural backgrounds, and relationship structures. My practice is gender-affirming and nonreligious. I look forward to meeting you in an emotionally safe space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored without judgment and where nothing is considered too much information.
