Business Description

I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at Troy University. I graduated from Northwestern University with my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021. After graduation I decided to pursue a specialty in sex and sexuality and am a current student at Modern Sex Therapy Institute.

I am a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT); The International Board of Sexuality Professionals (IBOSP); the American Counseling Association (ACA); Florida Counseling Association (FCA); and the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association (FMHCA).

I believe that our sexual health and wellness deserves to be a high priority, but we so often overlook its importance. Acknowledging our sexual history and experiences, our possible weaknesses, and other matters related to sexual health can be stigmatizing and overwhelming, and it’s easy to avoid discussing it.

I specialize in the following areas:

  • Discovering or reclaiming your sexual pleasure
  • Discussing sexuality and gender-based identities
  • Consensual non-monogamy and polyamory
  • Exploring kink and sex work
  • Reproductive care counseling
  • Infidelity trauma
  • Sexual anatomy and functioning
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming care
  • Women’s issues

I also specialize in working with adults with ADHD (early or late-life diagnosis), imposter syndrome, self-esteem, overcoming shame, boundaries, and religious trauma and its impacts.

My main theoretical approach is a unique blend of intersectional feminism and cognitive behavioral therapy. I combine the two for an approach that focuses on empowerment and mindfulness to help clients feel a sense of personal fulfillment and accomplish their therapeutic goals. I also believe that a “one size fits all” approach is bullshit! I’m happy to take clients out for walk and talk therapy, whip out the art supplies, coloring books, or sidewalk chalk, or whatever else makes my clients feel most comfortable.

I see individuals and couples for therapy sessions throughout the state of Florida via telehealth and locally in office in Panama City, Florida.
