It’s always important, however, due to the need for discretion you have to be able to trust that appropriate decisions are made that will not only meet and maintain the standards of local building codes, but also not harm the value of the space you are renovating.
I hold openness and acceptance, near deer to my heart, I look at every project as an opportunity to change someone’s life for the better. Aside from all the other remodeling that I do, providing a safe intimate space to explore is icing on the cake for me as it allows the curious to find fulfillment in a piece of life where most feel unsafe exploring.
