Business Description

I help adults create and maintain strong, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

For people who have experienced stress, grief, or trauma, finding a connection to yourself or with your loved ones can be particularly challenging. I help individuals and couples/partners to develop better self-regulation skills, so you can overcome the challenges of living and creating a community around you.

I work with a variety of relationship issues, including communication and conflict resolution, jealousy and betrayal including affair recovery, LGBTQIA+ community, and polyamory/non-monogamy. If you are seeking support for depression, anxiety, or difficulty in relationships, you may feel overwhelmed, have trouble focusing, lack energy, or have difficulty sleeping. And this may be driving you to seek support - I can help.

Counseling with me can help you feel more hopeful, connected, and resilient. I can help you improve your communication, build intimacy, and create meaning in your life. Learning skills to help you self-regulate can help you feel more comfortable in your body. I can provide you with tools such as breathwork, meditation, and movement to help you rebuild your sense of safety and trust. Being more empowered will give you a greater sense of freedom, power, and choice.

With 10 years of experience in bodywork (massage therapy, yoga therapy, and TRE), I bring a wealth of experience to somatic aspects of therapy providing a more integrative approach. I have personal experience with religious deconstruction, I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink allied, and polyamory positive. From a person-centered foundation, I like working with IFS, somatic tools, and Gottman Method resources. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered with the knowledge and resources you need to feel your best. I love my work, so that keeps me busy, but in my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time with my loved ones and two dogs.
