Compassionate Care for Complex Lives
I’m a queer, kink-affirming, polyamory-literate therapist with over 15 years of lived experience in ethically non-monogamous communities and a clinical background rooted in trauma-informed, decolonial, and strengths-based care. My work is centered around helping clients untangle internalized shame, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their own authority, especially those who are navigating complex relationships, dissociation, and identity exploration.
With me, you don’t have to explain the basics. I provide therapy for individuals, partners, and systems (including polycules and houses) who are seeking support with dynamics related to power exchange, sexuality, grief, identity, trauma, and emotional labor. Whether you're unpacking burnout, healing from relational harm, or craving a therapeutic space that honors your full complexity, I'm here to meet you with curiosity, clarity, and care.
I will be accepting new clients starting July 15th, 2025, and offer virtual sessions for residents of Texas, Florida, and Colorado. Residents of San Antonio, Texas, will have the option for face-to-face sessions. Sliding scale is on a pay-what-you-can basis. No questions asked. Ever.
