Shannon Smith, MD, MPH

Shannon completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Tulsa. She obtained her medical degree and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Oklahoma.  She completed Urology Residency at Northwell Health/Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

She completed her fellowship in Gender Affirming Genital Surgery and Sexual Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and remained at Cedars Sinai Medical Center as an Assistant Professor and is the Associate Residency Program Director for the Urology Residency Training Program.

Her focuses include gender affirming care, genital reconstruction, and sexual health for all.
