Born at the UW (where I later got a degree in Romance Linguistics) with my first job at the Pike Place Market, I am a true Seattle native. Later years spent living in New York and Miami while working around the country as a classical theater actress sharpened my sensibility to what makes Seattle and its residents distinct. Understanding these qualities has come in handy since I have returned to my hometown and turned my skills to real estate.
My zeal for guiding homebuyers and sellers (especially first-timers) sprang from my own experience buying our first home before I was a realtor. While it’s a funny story now, that adventure taught me that not only does an agent need to be knowledgeable, professional, proactive and responsive, but they also need to answer the questions a client doesn’t even know to ask. A homebuyer or seller can never be too educated or informed.
As a one-person shop, I am the sole pilot of your homebuying or selling experience. I keep my active client list modest so I can be more present and responsive to each of my client’s needs. I also have an extended wealth of insight, expertise, support, and resources from working alongside many high caliber colleagues at Windermere Ballard. Having respectful, collegial relationships with other brokers has often been the key to a transaction being both successful and smooth. And the magic of a healthy sense of humor can never be overstated!
With nature conservancy, animal welfare and community among my passions, I always make a donation to one of several charities with every transaction. If you would like to chat about those subjects, the real estate market, Seattle neighborhoods, Shakespeare, or, well, gosh… anything, reach out to me at 206.304.2400 or [email protected]. I’d love to meet you and see if I can help make your housing dreams a reality.
