Authentically You Counseling

Discussing sex and sexuality can feel awkward or challenging. Many of us are taught to feel shameful about our bodies, the ways we love, and the ways in which we experience pleasure. I'm here to help you walk away from these old stories. Whether you hope to rebuild trust, communication, intimacy, or joy with yourself or others, my goal is to support your growth. I offer individual and partnered sessions - romantic, platonic, play, lifestyle, D/s, or any other meaningful partner.

I focus on kink, BDSM, ENM, LGBTQ+ identities, and sexual trauma recovery. My approach is trauma-informed and relies on IFS parts work. Sessions are client-centered, identity-affirming, and judgment-free. You are the expert on your life and your experiences, and it is an honor to be a part of your journey of exploration, discovery, and insight.

I'm passionate about what I do, and it's a privilege to work with the clients and communities I serve. I often say that if you feel like your body was taken away, I want to help give it back.
