I am a master’s-level clinician in Massachusetts with experience helping young adults and adults from diverse backgrounds. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I take my time getting to know you without judgment. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and stress in addition those who might be struggling with self-esteem and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink communities.
My approach is trauma-informed, person centered, and incorporates aspects of motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
