The world is a rough and scary place for many with so much that is out of our control. Despite the chaos, unknowing, and fear I believe that we can work together to find sustainable and lasting fulfillment where you need it most. I believe that this is a subjective experience, so we will work collaboratively to identify what fulfillment means to you and how to work toward your personal goals.
I work in the present and help you look to the future while being mindful of the past. I primarily use solution-focused therapy to help you identify and solve problems, motivational interviewing to help you identify strengths in order to better understand and deconstruct the story of your life and any problems you’re encountering
I practice from a person-centered, socially just, and trauma-informed lens, helping adults who are feeling stuck access motivation, identify values, set goals, tackle obstacles, and work toward goal attainment. Together, we will focus on the present and look to the future to help you get on track and find clarity so that you can feel more fulfilled and satisfied with your life. I believe in transparency and honesty. I stand firm in non-judgment and believe that you know what is best for you. If you need nudging, I’ll nudge. If you need space, I’ll give you space. If you’re unsure of what you need, we can figure it out together. No matter the nature of your goals or dreams, I will maintain a stable, open-minded, and guiding presence alongside you in your journey.
