My research focused on various special populations, including domestic violence survivors and military veterans. I have a background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and problem-solving. I am a no-BS mental health professional. My passion is to work alongside you as you move closer to the ideal version of yourself. As a fourth-generation military veteran, I served in the United States Army Honor Guard in the Washington D.C. area and as an officer deployed to Iraq. My wife Kellie and our three children have continued lovingly supporting me throughout these endeavors. I enjoy working with clients who come from diverse cultural backgrounds.
