Everyone should be entitled to be their most authentic self but finding who you are can be a chaotic and sometimes frustrating journey. Do you feel so overburdened with taking care of others that you feel like you don’t have the room to breathe? Maybe you’re trying to start down the path of loving yourself but are stuck in the same cycles of self-doubt and depression. Reaching out for help is an important and necessary step in many people’s lives, although it can be uncomfortable challenging the status quo.
My goal as a therapist is to allow you the space to be who you are and work with you on creating a positive change that moves you towards who you want to be. I use an integrative approach because no two people are the same and therapy should reflect that; ultimately you are the expert in yourself. Additionally, I seek to make my space a welcoming one for those who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. It can be hard to find supportive queer environments, and I strive to make my counseling practice one of them.
I work with adults and children, as well as couples and families. If you’re debating starting counseling, I welcome you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit! Click “book now” to schedule a free consultation time with me.
