Seeking out therapy takes tremendous courage. You may be feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward in life. Perhaps you aren't feeling quite like yourself anymore - or even questioning who your true self is. Therapy can be a space to allow you to gain self-awareness, self-acceptance and move forward into who you want to be. Whether you are struggling with mental health, identity, relationships, trauma or long-term recovery - I would love to be your therapist. Together we will explore your experiences and help you feel assured and supported in your goals - whatever they may be.
I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I am especially skilled with people experiencing issues related to identity, relationships and health diagnoses. From more traditional methods like CBT and trauma-informed care to newer methods like somatic healing and art therapy - we will find what works best for you.
I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can work together at a pace that suits you. I practice from an anti-oppressive, LGBT+ allied lens and recognize systematic barriers. I believe in client-led practice - you are the expert in your own life, I am simply here to guide you through it. If you are ready for this journey, I am too.
