Hi, I'm Rebecca Sutter. I'm a 58-year-old counselor working toward my LPC license, with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in technology, which gives me strong problem-solving skills. I'm also a parent, which has taught me a lot about empathy and understanding. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and older adults. I offer both in-person and online sessions through Enrichment Wellness LLC.
I combine different therapy approaches to match what works best for each client, including:

- Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Parts Therapy
