Hi! I am Charlie and I am a nonbinary, queer, polyamorous therapist who is currently focusing on alternative methods in wellness and healthy relationship coaching. I have been in the human services field for 15 years in a plethora of roles including clinical therapists roles, victim advocacy, foster care case management and recovery work, and peer support for survivors of complex trauma and LGBTQ relationships. I am most known for my national training and empowerment work in the anti-trafficking movement, teaching professionals learn how to better serve survivors of trafficking, with specializations in supporting survivors within the LGBTQ communities as well as my "Main Character Energy" survivor empowerment coaching practice. My current work specializes in navigating queerness, empowerment with trauma survivors, navigating trauma and relationships, neurodivergence, and non-traditional relationship styles. I provide services to English-Speaking clients from all demographics, with a specialized focus on the LGBTQ communities in non-traditional relationship dynamics. Coaching is not therapy and is similar to mentorship from someone with both lived experience and education. You can attend sessions alone or with partner(s). All coaching sessions are 50 minutes long, take place on Zoom, and are $50. Please note that your booking confirmations come from the umbrella creative wellness business called Heartwork.
