The Hope Chest

Neurodivergent affirming individual trauma therapy utilizing a multimodal lens, incorporating EMDR, IFS parts work, ACT, and Narrative therapies as needed and the best fit for the client. Generally, an attachment focused background. Secondary specialties would be anxiety and mood disorders. Usually more laid back, I love to incorporate our current SPIN's and hyperfixations from a therapeutic lens and support self acceptance.
